Let me explain. I'm in pain! Tooth pain to be exact. And when you are in pain you reflect back to all the things you should have done but didn't do because you were young and stupid. So I'm telling you; as Baz Luhrman says & the song title goes, wear sunscreen. Later in the song he suggest that you floss. So, I'm telling you to wear sunscreen and floss.

How much time is there in a day? Seriously!?
We all know there is 24 hours in a day, but you really have enough time to do all the things you want to do? Or better yet, is there enough time to do the things you say you are going to do? Estimate how much time you put into each activity…. This will help you determine if there is enough time in your day to do all you want to do or if you are going to run short. Remember, you need 8 hours of sleep – that is not negotiable!

Please know it will be necessary to click on “expand all recurring meetings” to see all available dates, then click on the date you would like to schedule a meeting and the available times will show. Currently, meeting times are available through the end of September.
