I
am so distracted today. I didn’t even have a plan when I woke this morning - no Plan A, just forget about the idea of a Plan B. I cannot keep a train of thought. I’m
scattered – can’t even make a to-do list because my mind is racing all over the
place. This is odd for me – almost out of control like!
At
a time like this, I have to take my own advice and complete a mind dump. I need
a blank sheet of paper and a pen. I have to let my mind bleed on the paper –
just put all the thoughts that are running endless circles in my brain on paper until I can regain control. It will be gibberish, nonsensical, and maybe even illegible. But it must be done to get my mind clear.
If
you ever have trouble studying I suggest doing this. It is an amazing exercise
in clearing your thoughts and refocusing yourself.
oh yeah - Please pay attention to my schedule next week. I will only be available Monday - Wednesday.
