Over
the year I’ve given you guys insight and advice. Now I’m telling you to toss all that out the window
and just learn to go with the flow! Why and when did I come to this revelation? Yesterday.
Yesterday
I was having a good work day: no one skipped a meeting, problems were being
solved, and things were good. Then I received a phone call and I had to leave
work to help with a family emergency which took us to the ER. (Specific details
of why we were they are not important to this story.) All you need to know is
that my day was planned, something came up and I was faced with the unexpected.
While dealing with the unexpected crazier stuff happened which made me realize I
am not in control. You have no idea how much I hate admitting that.
No
one is in control. You may have control of this moment, but this moment just
passed. The best we can do is to learn to go with the flow and make the best
out of each moment.
